Cheese Latkes (PESACH)!
This recipe is classic staple, handed down for generations. When you top it with a dollop of sour cream and some fresh berries, this simple dish is taken to a whole new level

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (1/2 container) Mehadrin cottage cheese, small curd
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons potato starch

This recipe is classic staple, handed down for generations. When you top it with a dollop of sour cream and some fresh berries, this simple dish is taken to a whole new level

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Scoop batter into a hot pan with oil & fry for a couple of minutes per side.
Remove onto a plate lined with paper towel.

These are good served warm, or at room temperature.
