Chocolate Bundt Cake!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mehadrin Butter, plus more for the pan
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mehadrin Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup prepared hot coffee (2 Tablespoons instant coffee plus 1/2 cup boiling h

Instructions

Heat butter, cocoa powder and milk in saucepan.
Allow to come to room temperature.
Using a whisk, mix in eggs one at a time, vanilla extract and sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt and mix into cake until fully combined.
Add hot coffee and mix to combine.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
While cake is cooling make glaze and pour over cake.
