Teriyaki Tuna & Salmon Blend

Ingredients
  • 3 one inch slices tuna steak
  • 3 slices salmon
  • 2 Tbsp Mehadrin Butter
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3/4 cup Mehadrin Sour Cream
  • ½ cup white wine (or moscato)

Teriyaki Tuna & Salmon Blend

Instructions

Cut tuna and salmon into thin
long strips.
In a large skillet, heat two
tablespoons butter. Add the
fish slices and sauté for 5
minutes. Add the sliced
mushrooms, garlic and wine;
cover and sauté for an
additional 5 minutes. Add sour
cream, teriyaki sauce and
sesame seeds. Cover and cook
for 10-15 minutes. Let cool for
a few minutes before serving.
