Creamy Cheese Blintzes!
For many, cheese blintzes without strawberry cream all over it, just aren’t proper cheese blintzes. These Creamy Cheese Blintzes topped with Strawberry Cream will definitely create sweet moments.

Ingredients
  • --BLINTZ--
  • 4 cups flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 cups Milk
  • Cooking Oil Spray
  • --FILLING--
  • 3 lb. Mehadrin Farmer cheese
  • 16 oz. (2 containers) J&J whipped cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • --STRAWBERRY CREAM--
  • 1 container (16 oz.) Mehadrin sour cream
  • 8 oz. frozen strawberries (about half a bag), blended
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
Creamy Cheese Blintzes!
For many, cheese blintzes without strawberry cream all over it, just aren’t proper cheese blintzes. These Creamy Cheese Blintzes topped with Strawberry Cream will definitely create sweet moments.

Instructions

In a bowl combine the blintz ingredients. Blend with a hand-blender until smooth without
lumps.
Heat a crepe pan and grease with Cooking Oil Spray.
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the
pan while simultaneously lifting the pan from the heat and tilting and turning it in all
directions so the batter spreads evenly across the bottom in a thin circle.
Cook until the edges begin to dry and lift from the sides of the pan, about 1 minute.
Use the spatula (and/or your fingers) to flip the crêpe over. Cook for about 15 seconds
on the second side.
Repeat with the remaining batter, spraying oil between each.
To fill the blintzes, Spoon a heaping tablespoon. of the filling into the center of each
crêpe. Then bend the top and bottom in, and roll up lengthwise.
For the strawberry cream; Blend strawberries then mix well with sour cream and sugars.
Serve Blintz cold or at room temperature with a generous amount of strawberry cream.
