Streusel Topped Salmon!

Ingredients
  • 4 slices salmon fillet
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick Mehadrin butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, (optional)
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
Streusel Topped Salmon!

Instructions

In a bowl combine all streusel ingredients, until a cruble
mixture forms.
Place salmon slices in a pan. Smear each slice well on all
sides - with about 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup. Cover pan and
let it marinade in the fridge for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Remove from fridge. Top each slice with a generous
amount of streusel crumbs.
Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon
is cooked through.
